Davenport Designs LLC has been operating since 2011 and has grown to keep me busy full time. I grew up making and modifying anything I could get my hands on. I feel firmly rooted in hands on experience in a wide variety of mechanical systems, with one half a mechanical engineering degree to boot.

Davenport Designs LLC is able to draw on a wealth of experience machining and designing for the aerospace, medical and manufacturing industries to offer a complete machining and product design service. This experience provides a great foundation for designing things that work and that can actually be efficiently manufactured.

We offer a variety of CAD, design and machining services to our clients. Sketches, verbal direction and ideas can be worked with to create the CAD data required to produce prototype and production parts. We work closely with designers and engineers to accelerate the product development process. The files can then be further refined and more detailed prototypes can be produced. So whether you need prototypes machined, laser engraving/cutting, welding fixtures/jigs, reverse engineering, 3D scanning, 3D models or other specialist parts, give us a shot.
